About us

Our 350,000 square foot warehouse is based in Durham, UK and is filled with over 300 brands’ stock, ready to be sent out to their customers. With over 10 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics, we know how it’s done, and that’s why over 300 brands put their trust in us. We have experience in all areas of eCommerce, and no business (no matter how niche) is out bounds for us.

At GNOC, our main priority is helping eCommerce brands grow and reach their full potential. We have had years of experience in building our own eCommerce brands, and now use these skills to develop the ultimate 3PL storage & fulfilment solution to help you with your operations, so you can begin to focus on other areas of your business.

What exactly do you do?

We are a third-party logistics provider (3PL), which means we can store, pick, pack and ship your items to your customers. By leaving this to us, it means your business can save time and money on huge costs such as warehousing and staffing costs.

Our huge warehouse can store any stock you may have, meaning you don’t need to stress about running out of space. We also use the best technology and integration programmes to sync up your stock with your orders, so whenever your customers make a purchase, we can pick, pack and ship it to them straight away. We also offer reverse logistics services, meaning any returns will be synced to our systems and we can take care of these for you too.

If you have any special requirements (e.g. packaging or couriers), you can let us know and we can easily sort this for you before we begin working together.
