From goods in to orders out. Get a clear view of your monthly fulfilment costs in a few simple steps.
Picking & packing: orders × [£0.80 + (average items − 1) × £0.40]. A fractional average is supported; every order is assumed to contain at least one item.
Storage: number of pallets in storage × £3 per pallet per week × 52 ÷ 12, giving £13 per pallet per average month. Storage is charged separately from pallet receiving; enter stored pallets and pallets received in their respective fields.
Receiving: each delivery is charged under one receiving type. The £5 pallet rate is for pallets with two SKUs or fewer; other pallet rates are not included.
Integration: Fixed at £10 per week, converted to £43.33 per average month (£10 × 52 ÷ 12). This fee is always included and cannot be adjusted in the calculator, even with zero orders. Actual calendar-month invoices may differ.
Shipping: monthly parcels × £3.52. The per-parcel rate is £2.99 + £0.05 green surcharge + 16% fuel on £2.99, rounded to the nearest penny before multiplying. Estimate based on the Royal Mail 48hr service; parcel count is entered separately from order count.
Per order: includes receiving, storage, picking & packing, returns, integration and shipping. With zero orders the monthly costs still apply; per-order cost is unavailable. Each category is rounded to the nearest penny before summing.
